[...] Vervolgens klik je op exporteren en kies je CSV voor Excel. Vervolgens heb je een mooie, volledige lijst die je in Excel naar hartenlust kunt bewerken. Deze tip komt van de blog van Arjan Snaterse. [...]

Skipping the download limit works only for CSV (not CSV for Excel) and TSV export or email

I needed that but in the e-mailing part.

Limit is no recognized but theres other place with the mail row limit. You can find TROWS now with 5000 that I changed. You can still find the &limit but it does nothing.

The best part is that TROWS is always present so you shoul change this instead of adding the &limit, i believe.

&pdr=20100304-20100304
&cmp=average
&trows=5000
&gdfmt=nth_day
&rpt=TopContentReport
&segkey=request_uri
&tst=0
&afs=false
&fmt=0
&limit=5000#lts=1267814938515

The export is limited to 50000 rows. If you have to export more than 50000 rows, add &limit=50000 to the url and hit enter, type 50001 in the go to row box and hit enter. Now you can export row 50001 to 100000
